My small, cozy studio is located in Roskilde at Sankt Ibs Vej 11. However, I can also bring my studio to you. Portraits taken in your own home can feel more personal. Contact me if you'd like me to come to you, or if you have a location in mind, and we can talk about it.

A lot of people feel that way, but don't worry. It's a relaxed session with no time pressure. We can even have coffee first and start when you feel ready. You don't need to play any role — just show up. I'll guide you and do my best to create a space where you feel safe and can simply be yourself.

Wear clothes you feel really comfortable in, and feel free to bring extra outfits. The choice of clothing colour also depends on the choice of background, so we'll talk about that beforehand.

Your clothing can really make a difference, and we want to bring out the best possible expression. Don't be afraid to bring colourful clothes and fun accessories, like hats or bags.

If you wear makeup day to day, come the way you feel most comfortable, but avoid makeup that shines — matte is best. You can always add more or take some off along the way. If you'd like help from a stylist, let's talk about it.

I can certainly do that. However, I always take the photos in colour, but I can easily retouch them to black/white if you'd like.

For regular portrait sessions, my aim is to show your best authentic self. I colour-tone, soften wrinkles and remove stray hairs. If, on the other hand, you have an idea for an art portrait, anything is possible. The goal with an art portrait is to express a personal vision, send a message, tell a deeper story or evoke emotions. It takes a bit more time to create, but it's a fun process that you're very involved in. The result is a highly personal work of art.

Before we meet for a portrait session, we'll already have talked about your needs and ideas, so I know what you'd like to get out of it.

If you'd like, I can send you suggestions for style, composition, clothing or accessories. You're also very welcome to show me pictures that inspire you.

If this is the first time you go for a portrait session I often see that my customers learn a lot and get ideas. An option is to divide our time into 2 smaller timeslots, so you can experience the proces first time and then feel more prepared the second. This is only possible if you booked an authentic portrait session.

I use hand-painted backdrops, paper rolls and fabric as backgrounds in the studio. We'll use whichever suits you and the look you want. If you have any preferences for the background in advance, please let me know so I can see if I'm able to accommodate them, since I don't have every colour on hand.

I can also bring backdrops along if we're meeting at your place.

All customers have different needs, dreams and ideas, so I always recommend that you contact me for a specific quote. You can find examples under "Portraits and Booking" in the menu.

The price for a photo session always includes aligning expectations and collaborating to find the right approach for the task. Along the way, we look through the images together, and afterwards the edited digital images are delivered in an online gallery.

Derudover afhænger prisen af hvor mange billeder der skal laves, om der er behov for at skifte tøj og baggrunde, om der skal findes en særlig lokation eller særlige rekvisitter til billedet og hvor lang tid der skal bruges på efterbehandling af billederne. Prisen inkluderer ikke make-up.

It depends on your needs, but rarely fewer than 200 images. If we have time, we'll take a quick look through them right away, so we can check that we have the range you need.

After our photo session, I go through them and remove any images with closed eyes or other misfires before I do the final editing.

I then send you a selection of the best images to choose from.

Yes, occasionally. Discounts are given to students, and sometimes to other customers in exchange for me being allowed to use the images in photo competitions, exhibitions or for art prints. Contact me about the options and we can discuss it.
